چکیده

Introduction and Aim: Solanum pubescens is one of the very well-known traditional medicinal plants it has been widely used in treatment many inflammatory conditions. This study aimed to evaluate anti-inflammatory property S. fruit. Materials Methods: Anti-inflammatory activities fruit extracts at different concentrations (100-200 mg/kg) were carried out using carrageenan-induced cotton implant-induced granuloma methods. Results: The results paw edema reveals highest activity upper ethanolic (FUEE) extract 200 mg/kg, with 64.84% followed by water (FEW), lower (FLEE). protein IL-6 evaluation this experiment showed promising results. Whereas cellular toxicity was evaluated terms LPO, MPO nitric oxide analysis which turn harmless nature extracts. Furthermore, assessment proliferative phase inflammation done rats a pellet-induced model, where FUEE 100 mg/kg 32.5±2.73 mg, 25.3±2.36 mg dry weight granuloma, compared standard indomethacin 1.4±3.45 mg. Moreover, hematological parameters treated animals that erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) 4.88± 0.18 mm/hr least almost equal standard. Conclusion: It can be said no doubt good source phytomedicine for diseases, most valuable phytoconstituents concerned anti-inflammation assembled as excellent both carrageenan pellet models.
